What a journey thus far! A life long pursuit it seems. From playing national league basketball as youth I had always endeavoured to get fitter, faster, stronger and more informed.
Adam has helped many people over the years with their fitness related goals and has a particular interest in coaching Strength & Conditioning to fighters.
Some of the individuals Joe is currently training compete in a range of sports including powerlifting, mixed martial arts, boxing, football and horse riding.
Kiah has coached athletes of all ages and standards for 10 years at Plymouth athletics club; from aspiring young sprinters to national standard athletes.
Helen has worked with GB Weightlifting, Rugby Union (national 1) and England Rugby League (Rhino’s) teams, providing injury prevention/rehabilitation exercises, sports massage, kinesiotaping, movement analysis and more.
